The Metro Development Group community, Mirada, needed a 1-page website fitting a similar format as all the sister communities, but being unique as a "Lagoon" community. The text (Welcome to...), element grid, and footer were universal through all of these sites. Mirada was being marketed primarily to feature its Lagoon pool amenity. Only a logo and a photo repository of renderings were provided. The hero image was chosen to show the size of the Lagoon pool, and a prism effect was done throughout to mimic that of the community's logo.
