The Strand is a luxury waterfront community located in Sarasota, FL selling new construction condos. This sales brochure is the first design piece produced after the initial naming and logo design process. The Strand's new brand assets came together to establish the brand identity in this brochure design.
 
The navy and silver coloring lend to the "luxury" aspect of the community, with the added pop of teal to tie into the waterfront amenities available. Generous white space allows the vibrant photography and concise copy to stand out.
 
The light, bright tone in the imagery complements the portrayal of the active lifestyle of the client's target market. Renderings had to be used, as the community hadn't broken ground and were all recolored to match the brand palette.
 
The added detail of recoloring the full set of architectural renderings to The Strand's brand colors helps differentiate it from its competitors using unedited plans. A subtle wave texture rounds out the elements assembled to create The Strand's branded look.
