The Strand is a luxury waterfront community located in Sarasota, FL that was pre-selling the condo units. This sales brochure is the first piece of designed collateral after the initial naming and logo design process. This design put all the brand assets together to establish the brand identity.
The navy and silver coloring lend to the "luxury" aspect of the community, with the added pop of teal to tie into the waterfront amenities available. Generous white space allows the vibrant photography and concise copy to stand out. The light, bright tone in the imagery complements the portrayal of the active lifestyle of the client's target market. Renderings had to be used, as the community hadn't broken ground and were all recolored to match the brand palette.
